Lecturer of Modern humanitarian academy, Elektrostal affiliated branch Military collisions in the Far East between Russia and China in the beginning of XX Annotation: In the end of XIX-beginning of XX the territory of Far East and especially China becomes the struggle object between great empires. Russia’s striving for penetrating new markets interfered with the interests as well as western countries like France and England and as Japan together with the USA. The expansion of The Russian Empire in Asiatic-Pacific region was regular continuation of the resolution of the eastern issue and was directed first of all to the security of its far-eastern boundaries, positions consolidation in South-Eastern Asia with the object to develop new markets. Russian-Chinese war of 1900-1901 became the prologue of further worsening of international contradictions in ATP (?) and served as important milestone in developing of Amur territories. It was the end between the past and future in developing of the land and appropriateness of the decision about creating of Amur Cossacks which acted as a guarantor in preserving and defense of far-eastern empires’ boundaries and proved its right for acquired territories in accordance with the latest agreements.
